Once your order is placed successfully, you can sign in to your account and check the "Order Status" page to see the current status of your order. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically. You can use this number to track your package via the delivery company's website. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
We offer two shipping options:
- Free Shipping: $0.00, delivery in 7–16 working days.
- Express Shipping: $30.00, delivery in 3–7 working days.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@screenhub.co.nz first and send your item to the provided address. Please email us the tracking number after sending out your package.
